SAP FLP Blank for the first time

Hello Experts,

We are running SAP Fiori on Portals (Portal 7.4 SP 12) and we have this strange issue with Fiori Launch Pad. FLP is empty for the first time, but we go to ‘Open Catalog’ and come back to homepage we see all the existing tiles on FLP.

From Developer Tools(F12) -> Console i see this below error.

Error - Uncaught TypeError: b.callLoadGroupsExtension is not a function.

Any suggestions on this?
