Track sales order: doesn't match with back-end SO

Hi SCN,

we are testing Track sales order App and face the following problem. My sales order has 3 items, but near the "Open" pic only "2" is shown:

On click on "2" again 3 items are shown. After creating Outbound delivery with 3 items in SAP ERP, only 2 items are shown in the app:

As mentioned, Outbound delivery in SAP contains 3 items:

Any advice what can be the reason?
