Factsheet issue

Hi Experts,

We have configured SAP FIORI launchpad and we are able to launch transactional apps.

We have also configured Search connector on our backend ECC system in client 000 and working client.

We are trying to activate Customer Accounting Document factsheet app on front end gateway system. We have activated oData service and SICF service. Role is also assinged to the respected user.

When i try to search, system is throwing error message as given below.

Please provide any suggestion to resolve the same.
