I have seen numerous threads about this issue but any solution tried did not worked.
We have created a custom workflow for PO approval and everything is working fine. The standard task TS20000166 is used in order to find agents etc.
However, if the user tries to forward the work item to another user, the error "no recipients found" appears.
The task has been set as "General Forwarding allowed" and possible agents (based on Role) have been assigned.
