Adding Custom workflow to SAP FIORI Approve Request

Hi,

 

When i try to open the Tile in the FIORI launchpad and i was getting below error.

 

1)Defined Workflow Scenario

2)Added a Tile to the Launchpad

3)Configured the Task Decision

4)Implemented the BADI for task outcomes

 

i was getting the below error

 

Failed to resolve navigation target: #WorkflowTask-approve?scenarioid=ZACCOUNTINGCLERK - Could not resolve navigation target sap.ushell.renderers.fiori2.Shell.controller

Tile to launch SAP transaction in backend system

Hello all,

 

 

currently we face a problem with the configuration of a tile to launch sap transaction in our backend system.

 

The design of our demo landscape consists of a central sap Gateway (frontend) and some connected Bussines Suite Systems (backend).

(=Central Hub Scenario)

 

We did the hole configuration according to the sap guide "How to Launch Web Dynpro ABAP and SAP GUI for HTML Application Types from the SAP Fiori launchpad".


I attached the guide to this post.

 

The transaction call of the tile works fine but only displays data from on the local system and calls the transaction in the local system.

 

The systemalias includes our RFC Destionation to on of our backend-systems.

 

 

 

 

Could you please provide help how to get the tile/launchpad to call the transaction in the backend systems.

Access Design with Fiori-only (avoiding Enterprise Portal)

Hello Fiori experts!

 

I am currently working on access design for a greenfield SAP implementation, and initial thoughts are more towards Fiori-only world with NWBC and optional SAP GUI, but without SAP Enterprise Portal.


Is this achievable?  or do I have to introduce an Enterprise Portal?

 

Are there any technical advantages with EP that Fiori cannot fulfill?

To reverse the question, are there any constrains with Fiori that could only be overcome with a Portal in the landscape?

 

I have already viewed the following posts / documents but is not able to reach a conclusion.

We imported a Fiori application from our ABAP Respository and made a few modifications. We're trying to deploy it back to the ABAP repository but getting this error message and it's not allowing us to do so. Has anyone seen this issue before?

Issue-Importing Application From SAP UI5 ABAP Repository in Web IDE

Hello Everyone,

 

I am working with HCP trial version.

 

Scenario:

When I am trying to import application from SAP UI5 ABAP Repository in Web IDE, I am getting some errors.

 

 

First of all, I am using the system ES4 (SAP provided system). Is this correct to use in my scenario.

If not which system we should use here. How to configure it.

 

Attached is the screen shot of error, when I am trying to import application from UI5 ABAP Repository.

SAP FLP Blank for the first time

Hello Experts,

 

We are running SAP Fiori on Portals (Portal 7.4 SP 12) and we have this strange issue with Fiori Launch Pad. FLP is empty for the first time, but we go to ‘Open Catalog’ and come back to homepage we see all the existing tiles on FLP.


From Developer Tools(F12) -> Console i see this below error.

Error - Uncaught TypeError: b.callLoadGroupsExtension is not a function.


Any suggestions on this?

Hi Experts,

While  doing an fiori extension project. I want connect the  WEBIDE to back end system .Completed the all configuration part in webide . while connecting  its giving an error message

" Cannot select the system. Check the configuration for ABAP Development Tools"

errors - 404 failed to load resource

and 502- bad gateway

Please check the attached documents.

My Inbox issue - timeline log problem

I'm having a problem in some steps of WF log on My inbox.

The description and the icon don't appear and the system is returning an error on activity-items that are not found.

Any one knows how my I create or configure it? Am I missing any configuration?

IN standard fiori app (Approve requisitions) approved PR not disappearing

Hi Experts,

 

 

In standard fiori app ( Approve Requisitions)  working fine launchpad. when  we are  approving  the PR we are getting an toast message "PURCHASE REQUISITION WAS APPROVED). but  the approved  PR still in PR list .   its not disappearing from from     PR list. please guide us to resolve the issue

How to create BSP application in abap repository and sicf as well

Hi,

 

I am new in SAP fiori,

I am trying to deploy custom sapui5 application in abap repository and creating a tile on launchpad.

I am facing following weird issue while doing so.

we are having two system's

 

 

On both system i am following following procedure to upload sapui5 application

 

tcode':

1)SE38 -> /UI5/UI5_REPOSITORY_LOAD

        a) Given application name

        b) Upload ->selected Webcontent folder and click ok

 

 

2)SE80 -> Type application name and display

          here i can see my application getting created

 

3)sicf -> default_host->sap->bc->ui5_ui5->sap->

   where i am trying to see my appname

   But on one system this icf node gets generated automatically

   while in another system i don't see any sicf node created so far...

   Q1. Do i need to create this node manually if it is not getting created automatically in sicf ?

   Q2. Is there any configuration required to make this to appear in icf service as well ?

   Q3. Does this report "/UI5/UI5_REPOSITORY_LOAD" is responsible for both uploading app in abap repository as well as creating sicf node for the same under default_host->sap->bc->ui5_ui5->sap

 

Any help is really appreciated.....

I am totally clueless as what is happening?

Hi,

 

I am new to SAP Fiori . I created a fiori Application on S4 HANA Tables. i then Created  the Tile Catalog and Tiles in Fiori launch pad Designer and accessed that Tile catalog at Fiori Launch Pad, and assigned it to my tile group.  But here i am facing error that i am unable see total number of records in Tile. For error Please refer Below screen shot .

Fiori hub on-premise installation from NW 7.4 to NW 7.5 (AnyDB)

Hi all,

 

not sure if we over complicating things but currently we like to upgrade our on-premise NW 7.4 SPS 12 Fiori Hub system (comprising e.g. SAP_GWFND 740 SP 12 and SAP_UI 740 SP 13) to NW 7.5 on anyDB

 

 

I particularly find it hard to get an definite statement when looking at the (found) resources.

 

 

In short: Is there an option to upgrade to NW 7.5 anyDB or would we either need stay on NW 7.4 and just update SAP_UI to 750 or need to have HANA (or Sybase ASE or MaxDB) on the Fiori Hub Server

 

Any clarification would be highly appreciated.

Language of the Launchpad

Is it possible for an end user to change the language of the launchpad after logging in? We're planning to use single sign on, so logging out and back in isn't an option. Nor is asking the end user to add or modify the ‘sap-language’ parameter in the url.

 

 

 

I have noticed the language is shown in the user preferences, but so far I haven't succeeded in making the field changeable..

 

 

 

Any suggestions, or ideas?

Add customization to library.css

Hi Experts,

 

Currently, my app runs on Fiori Launchpad and uses the CSS library "resources/sap/ui/core/themes/sap_bluecrystal/library.css". However, I would like to add my own customization, while still using this library.css. How do I achieve this in SAP Web IDE?
